Deja vu at the Broadley Bowl

On a rain soddened Friday morning Carholme Golf Club was the setting for the annual Broadley Bowl.
With the Carholme Seniors keen to wrestle back the Broadley Bowl a close match was anticipated.
It certainly was the case as the match went down to the final match in the match play game.
It was down to the duo of John Brogan and Neil Hodson to win the seventh match and keep the trophy in the Saxilby Golf Societies hand.
Earlier victories for Captain Michael Billson and Vice Captain Steve Leachman, Neil Houghton and Shane Deakin, Ernie Dyson and Adrian Kitchinson gave the 4 points needed to win the Trophy outright.
